Sometime next month, a wood-fired brick oven made in Italy will make its way to downtown Tupelo.
And by late spring, a new restaurant will be serving traditional Neapolitan pizza from that oven.

TUPELO – Roberto Caporuscio carefully turned the pizza on the lip of the wood-fired, 800-degree brick oven, insuring the crust was evenly baked, its toppings perfectly cooked. The pizza, topped with soppressata – an Italian dry salami – buffalo mozzarella, crushed tomatoes and fresh basil, met his exacting standards after a mere 90 seconds.READ MORE
